Well, my vision goes really blurry sometimes. And my memories feel wrong or disappear often. I forgot twice why I'm out here, so I left, and then I came back.

I'd almost suggest writing your immediate plans down, but with the way you say you're seeing blurry I'd bet it'd happen right when you try to read what you wrote.
